Staff responded incredibly quickly and communicated all the info we needed well ahead of time. All we had to do was show up at the airport. Highlights:
Accommodation: The hotel you selected, Saigon Prince Hotel in Ho chi Minh City, was fantastic – clean, comfortable, and perfectly located.
Guides/Driver: Our guide, ROMIO , was incredibly knowledgeable and enthusiastic, bringing the history of the former capital city of Vietnam to life. The staff on the Boat/Cruise Tour were also lovely and attentive, always ready with a smile.
Activities: We particularly enjoyed night cruise,boat tour, Jeep tour in the city, black virgin mountain by a cable car, The Cu Chi tunnels that played a vital part in the U.S.-Vietnam War, shopping at the markets and many more. The balance of planned activities and free time for exploring was perfect.
Food: The meals were delicious, offering a great taste of local cuisine.

The whole itinerary was very well planned and customized to our... read more requirements. All the lodges where we stayed were very nice, were at great locations and with good food and great staff. All of them had some Indian food in addition to the regular fare, which was appreciated by some in our group. Holiday Bazaar also packed snacks for us when we were traveling in the vehicles. The transition from Kenya to Tanzania and back to Kenya was handled smoothly with the vehicles always being on time. We had great sightings during our safaris and the safari drivers made an effort to give us a great experience. During all the planning of the trip, Rakhee from Holiday Bazaar was very efficient and quick in her responses. We will surely use their services again when we visit the area next time. Recommend them highly.

The communication from the team before the trip... read more and the process of planning the itinerary was seamless, and everyone was very cooperative.Our guide, Timothy was extremely knowledgeable about the animals and how and where to spot them, and he made our safari a memorable one. He put in a lot of effort to make sure we got to see all the animals we were hoping to see. From the moment we landed until we sadly said our goodbyes, Holiday Bazaar was always with us, and we greatly appreciate their efficiency and commitment.
