How it works
What happens after you ask
Fare rules, holds and change conditions are always confirmed to you in writing, per booking, before anything is paid. Those are the ones that bind.
You tell us the shape of it
Where from, where to, roughly when, and how many. A rough month is enough to start.
We come back with options
Usually two or three: the cheapest, the fastest, and the one we would actually take, with the connection times spelled out, not buried.
You choose, we ticket
The fare and its rules are confirmed to you in writing before anything is paid.
Then we stay on it
Schedule changes, a cancelled leg, a date that has to move. You message the same consultant, not a queue.
Questions we are asked
Do you only book flights, or the whole trip?
Either. Plenty of people come to us for a ticket alone. Plenty more have the ticket, the hotel and the transfer built as one booking, which is the point of an agency: when one leg moves, everything else moves with it.
Can you hold a fare while I decide?
Often, yes. How long depends entirely on the airline and the fare class, and some cannot be held at all. We tell you which you are looking at before you commit, never after.
What happens if the airline changes my schedule?
The change comes to us, because we hold the booking, so you hear it from us. Some airlines email you directly as well. Where the change is significant, the airline’s own rules usually allow a rebook or a refund, and we make that argument on your behalf.
Is a travel agent more expensive than booking online?
Not by default. We ticket the same fares the airlines file. What you also get is a person in Nairobi who answers, and who can reissue at 6am when a connection drops.
Can you book flights for a group?
Yes. Group fares work differently from individual ones, with their own deposit and name-deadline rules. Tell us the numbers and the dates and we price it from there.
Why the desk
Accredited, and answerable
Est. 1994, two Nairobi offices you can walk into, and the accreditations to issue a ticket rather than resell one.
